Container was a box and didn’t hold much. I asked for larger container and was told there weren’t any. I was charged $21 a month after my Groupon was over. Owner was rude on phone when he answered the phone. He always had an excuse for something. Would never use again!

Had to call and call to get him. Bin was way to small and was refused to get larger. Was charged $21 a month after Groupon expired. Switched to Sullivan Refuse for less than half the cost with same services!

Horrible customer service. Skipped my house multiple times. Will not email or text back. They will not answer the phone or call back and the voicemail is full. Would not recommend to anyone.
