What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

FIND X Math Centers offer modern private and group tutoring sessions, as well as test prep workshops. We know learning is a comprehensive experience. Our unconventional study methods and tutor-student relationships create a personalized experience. We construct study plans, including resources and organizational skills, to explore math learning.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

In 2008, we met a 3rd grader who read on a collegiate level, but could not pass second grade math. By creating simulations, models and games, we advanced him to middle school material within five months. Those of us at the center want to bring back the freedoms and curiosity of learning. It makes for better test grades as well!

What do you love most about your job?

We love to grow with our students. From our first meetings to ten years down the road, we see the enthusiasm and development in our relationships. We have former students who are now bringing their children for sessions.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Our oldest student, an 87-year-old woman and WWII veteran nurse, came in and said, "Teach me anything you want!". Her elation is contagious!
