friendly professional great all around

pretty disappointed with my experience and overall results. hair is not highlighted evenly and the job was rushed. as a college student getting my hair done is a splurge so I’m overall not satisfied for what I got for what I paid.

This is a true review! I had the worst hair root color job I have ever had in my life. I had 1/2 to 1 inch grey roots that needed to be touched up. My hair is whole head highlighted with a honey blonde colored. She colored my grey roots black and covered some root areas with an inch, two inches or more of root touch up. I had black spots on my blonde highlights in the back. I also had areas that had black streaks in the blonde highlights. I had to pay another beautician to fix the black root touch up and do a whole head highlight to fix the other areas she colored the blonde highlights to black. The beautician that fixed my hair color wants to file a complaint with the NC Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners and send them the pictures she took of the unprofessional job she did. I don’t recommend her for coloring services because hair roots highlighted blonde should never have been colored black.
