Sorry you were so disappointed. We generally get very good reviews (4.68, the average Groupon score for a business is 3.31). Other feedback per numbered item: 1. Our "house", in the eyes of most, in the Hillcrest historic neighborhood is a beautiful historic house that is now converted into a business district. This historic neighborhood has a unique flavor. You saw it, in your beholder eye, as 'old'. Ok. It is old in a historic neighborhood. 2. I, Dr. Carbary, do have a lot of experience and can walk and adjust people with fluidity and expertise. You saw me as 'old'. Maybe a trend here. I do NOT sell vitamins to my first time Groupon clients. The only time I even mention nutritional supplements is when the consult / case history indicates there may be something that may be helpful as a reference if there is a follow up visit. Yes, I do recommend follow up visits if the presentation indicates that follow up care would likely be helpful. 3. The total time for the Chiropractic visit and massage involving one to one contact was over 90 minutes NOT including the 15 minutes of front end paper work, case history information (80%??) 4. We have licensed Massage Therapists who ARE pros in therapeutic muscle work. You gave an "ok" (I suspect a high rating for your scale :).
