Very helpful. Great class that works muscles normally missed during strength training. Core strength is emphasized a lot, which I appreciate.
If you want to be able to sneak in and fly under the radar in a class as a newbie, that won't happen! They are very very attentive to new folks. I was ok with that but my friend would have liked to have been left alone.
