Path Movement, Littleton

Who doesn't want to get from point "a" to point "b" as quickly as possible? That's the goal of parkour, but that task is not nearly as easy as it sounds. Urban environments present many challenges: stairs, walls, and annoying buildings that seem to pop up everywhere. Path Movement trains people to navigate these and other obstacles.

Inside this parkour gym, instructors hone not only physical techniques but also problem-solving skills. The gyms walls, boxes, bars, and other equipment allow for instructors and their students to jump, climb, vault, and practice all sorts of movements. Path Movement's classes accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced.
