Kompound Training Center is a martial arts-focused fitness gym which offers classes such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Instructors teach Jiu Jitsu classes consisting of aerobic and anaerobic self-defense workouts to students of all ages and athletic abilities. While MMA classes focus on martial arts techniques giving students the ability to practice fitness drills that a professional fighter would use. The training center also presents a women-only self defense seminar once a month.
The gym also offers a Youth After School Program and a Youth Mentoring Foundation. Through it, they help kids discover the discipline and outlet of the martial arts.
