About Clay ‘Cuse Camp

Established originally as a Fit Body Boot Camp (home of the afterburn), BJ and Erika Adigun decided to change the name to 'Cuse Camp for a more local feel in July 2019. With us, 30 minutes is all that's needed to spark the metabolic furnace, coupled with healthy eating for results. Our reach extends from young athletes through the older population with the similar goal of getting/staying in shape, improving quality of life and building strong & healthy foundations. Mission Statement: We strive to build strength, stability and balance in mind, body and spirit, for individuals and families in the CNY Community.
