Need to do a better job on servicing clients. Had too many problems with delivery of my clothes. Recommend you gather all necessary information from customer to ensure a fast quick and simple delivery process. I had to find out they wouldn't delivery to me or call me before delivering to my non doorman apartment. Thats un acceptable and could face been avoided with a more proactive process on your part.
