What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The results I am able to deliver, the time and effort I put in for all my clients to help motivate them and keep them going, keep them pushing for success and reaching their goal. All clients have personalized plans nothing is the same or generalized like most places.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I live by the mindset to become 1% better everyday. I motivate my clients by focusing on that 1% instead of 100% the more we focus on that 1% the quicker we get to 100%. We can only control and handle so much. It is a process be patient and before you know it all falls Into place.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration was my 3yr old, my step Dad fighting cancer and not wanting to go through that.. Wanting to help others become happy, healthier versions of themselves. I want to inspire people!
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part of my job is seeing my clients reach their goal and know I helped them get there. Through the tears, the sweat, the days we felt like quiting... Seeing that smile and confidence makes my heart smile. All I want to do in this life is help other.
