The hostess staff was very rude. we arrived not knowing that brunch started at a specific time and required reservations. It was very frustrating to be treated so poorly, especially since we were trying the place out for the first time. The manager on duty did let us redeem the voucher for the breakfast buffet which was nice, and the food was good, but, I couldn't tell you about the brunch since we couldn't make a reservation to come back at the brunch time.

the waitress was very nice. the service was good. there was not enough selection of food for us to choose from. the omlet bar only had ham no other selections. the quality of the food was very poor. I would not recommend this brunch to anyone. I actually would like to have my money back. I did not like the fact that we had to pay tax on the entire bill.
