I ordered the cutout pillow of a picture of his bearded dragon as a gift for my brother for Christmas. It came way later than stated on the product page (deep on their website it is stated that shipping may be delayed through the holiday, but this is info you have to go looking for). The picture came out pretty well but there is probably 2 inches of white space around it and the "pillow" is tiny to begin with, maybe 6 inches. Also the seam on the bottom is exposed and there are threads poking out all over. I'm still going to give it to him as a joke, but I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone as a serious gift.

Everything was shipped quickly. I was just under the impression that the item holder would hold the square shape a little better. It's rather floppy without keys and other objects inside.
