The staff was not very friendly. They claimed that they dont work with groupon and refused to rent the bikes to us. We had to proof that we did actually buy the groupons for their shop, which we could do since we not only had printed everything but also could show them the emails that we have received after the purchase.

The guys there were so awesome and friendly!!! They were moving their shop and I can't wait to come back to see how it looks! We live in New Mexico so this will be my new go to spot when we come back to Venice😁

Great location (next to Rose Ave which means there is parking). Great prices and bikes are in good shape. Friendly staff as well.
