They moved to Westin hotel in downtown. Me and my bf went to the old location because they did not tell us the location change. Massage was good but I wish I could use sauna. since the place is now in the hotel, they charged the service fee at the end of the:/ I also added the facial but somehow I got pimple next day lol so I would recommend not doing facial if you have sensitive skin

The massage was great once we got our reservation managed and got there. Even though the Groupon I bought had no restrictions on it, the owner woulld NOT give us a weekend reservation until the week before. This is incredibly stressful (ironically) for working folks who can't take a random day of the week off and who are hoping to be able to use their Christmas gift with their partner. On top of that, once I finally secured a date and time the week of our massage, we were randomly shifted to a different time slot - also because we were using a Groupon. It felt really petty and not professional. It's a shame because the therapists were fantastic, but the customer service was pretty terrible.

Great service . Alan and Kathy were amazing. The spa was super clean .Very bohemian. My gf loved it . I would definitely recommend it.
