Nice facility, Jocelyne performed my IPL and recommended Pico for my dark spot. Parking available at the building or you can try street parking if you're appt will be less than 60 minutes. Staff is super friendly and helpful. First time client. Booked 2nd appointment before leaving.

purchased two laser facial sessions at this place and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. the session lasted less than 5 minutes.During the session, the girl didn’t properly cover my eyes. This is a serious safety concern.To make things worse, I pay for the session but I only receive one,they also made unprofessional comments about my skin, trying to make me feel insecure to sell more

Groupon is horrible,i can not make my second Laser Appointment because of antibiotics and Groupon did not refund anything.

Groupon sent us an email and asked we did not treat you for the 2nd treatment. We told them what happened.

His situation was unfortunate. However it’s not anyone’s fault. The patient could not make his 2nd appointment because he was on antibiotic and after that he had to fly back to his home country. We would have taken care of him but he had to leave Los Angeles.
