Came in she overbooked with multiple people. There was a critique about everything from my body, my skin, and my hair. But she didn’t know I had a facial and a hair appointment right the appointment I had with her. Was so bothered by the owners comments I never went back even though I bought a package. Her that was shadowing her was so sweet apprentice ended up tipping her but not the owner.
