I came to Nu Med Spa Encino for Botox, but unfortunately, the results didn’t last — after about a month, my wrinkles returned. When I contacted the spa to discuss my concern, I felt like the response was more focused on finding excuses rather than helping me find a solution. I was hoping for a more supportive and professional approach. This experience left me disappointed.

The owners were very disrespectful once they learned you have a groupon. Never going back
