About Pablitos Peruvian Kitchen

Pablito's Kitchen started when Danny Rodriguez saw a need for a casual Peruvian restaurant in LA. To fill this void, he teamed up with chef Charles Thomson and the two began fusing Asian and Peruvian cuisine, first starting as a food truck then with a brick-and-mortar location. Their most popular dish? The steak lomo saltado. Chefs top a bowl of fries with stir-fried steak and veggies, all nestled next to a mound of white rice.
