I "redeemed" this Groupon by mistake. This business no longer accepts the Groupon, but, will schedule you for an appointment, giving you the impression they will honor the Groupon face value price. I was charged the face value after services rendered. If I had known that, I would never had made the appointment and would've sought a refund from Groupon.
The more difficult to redeem Groupons and receive services, even after the promotional time has expired, the less likely I am to continue to purchase.
The last time I had difficulty with a Groupon, the customer service sent me an e-mail stating he would issue $15, in my balance/bank, for my trouble. That never happened.

My hair looks awful, the coloring is inconsistent throughout w/ tacky looking blond streaks in the front that I never asked for. I called multiple times to get it fixed but no one has called me back. I can't wear it down and cry about how ugly I feel

I was very disappointed. Did not like the way the color turned out, did not get the actual look I was looking for. It was actually a complete opposite. They were not very welcoming at all. Need to work on their customer service.
