Not a clean place

My daughter had long beautiful, thick curly hair but I wanted it lighter & more manageable for her so I decided to take her to these people to do Japanese Hair straightening and get a shoulder length layered bob cut but instead got someone who was older who carelessly took a shaver & did very bad layering, the treatment burnt her ends & her hair now looks so thin & damaged. I’m so angry & disappointed! I called the owner named Jenny, she asked me to come in today to fix it. I showed up at 5pm on my appointment time but found the salon closed with a sign which says they went on vacation until 5/11! How ridiculous. They ruin people’s hair & go on vacation! I will be demanding a full refund & would close this store down because honestly they don’t know what the heck they’re doing.

DON"T BUY THIS!!! I paid $30.00 for a $50 hairircut. When I got there they said the group on didn't include even washing my hair. I had to fight to get more than their bottom line $27 hairvut. Even the manager said I only get a %27 haircut despite paying $30. As I was walking out the hair dresser said she would wash,cut, and style my hair. She did a good job and I gave her a very good tip.
