Single Color, Glaze & Blowout - According to the owner the Groupon only applies to chin length hair. I was charged an additional $55 for having longer hair. I was also charged $40 for a half inch trim on my ends. Paying $95 extra on a Groupon is insane. Of course I still had to tip my stylist, who was very kind. $125 on top of the $78 Groupon is $203, wow.

sorry for your bad experience but the promotion is for the root touch up, no charger all the hair color, the glaze is shining no color changer. in your case you decided changer the color entire hair with toner, we explain before and you agree. in relation to the $40 for haircut. is no included with the promotion with the color glaze and blow dry. the cut must be paid for separately because is an extra service.

Was a great experience overall. Place was very clean and Romina my stylist was very sweet and highly skilled. I will be going back for sure.

My hair is still frizzy and curly after the Keratin service. They will not fix it or provide a refund. I do not recommend them.

Even though this claim was made a month after receiving the service, we still offered for her to come in for us to assess for "keratin quality control". She refused to come in nor provide an address for a refund.
