Unfortunately i can never get through during the day. Have to leave voice messages or schedule through emails. Unsure if theyre short staffed. I dont think ill continue my services with them once the groupon is over...

The groupon was misleading. Once u get there you are told that it's not 20 shots but 20 units and there are two different types of B12 shots. One can only be given every 3 weeks (included) the other every week and u have to pay extra for that one.

It was incredibly difficult to book or change an appointment in order to take every single shot. The girl who was running the front desk was also running the entire place by herself and she was not aware of their own dietary offerings. She ended up handing me a sheet of paper and saying she didn’t know the prices. The offer claims to put you on a dietary program but there was no handout or verbal explanation given to me on what to eat. I’ve gone to three other places like this through Groupon deals and the others are far more informative and responsive.

No tips really. I do want to say that the office is very cozy and clean. For my first experience, I didn't have a long wait time. The staff is friendly and they do work with you when it is time to schedule appointment.
