Nothing special. North Carolina style was very peppery. Generous servings but little options in using the Groupon. Best to carry out not eat in. Minimal facilities. Have had much better with better surroundings.

I'm rating this a one star that solely on the food and drinks (why you go to a restaurant). The people who worked there were friendly enough, but the food was terrible. You walk over to the soda machine and there is no ice from the machine but a separate small machine that has mixed ice cubes and seems unsanitar the drinks themselves were warm. Disappointed.

I felt this Groupon was deceptive. I purchased the $50 worth of bbq for $29 assuming I could order whatever was on the menu. Instead I was able to choose four bbq sandwich meals with 2 sides and a drink! We would have definitely cancelled this Groupon as we were within the time window to do so. However, the lady at the counter didn't reveal what we'd be getting until AFTER she processed the Groupon! What are the chances this move wasn't deliberate? She just gave a dazed look when my husband said that wasn't what he purchased and wanted to cancel. So needless to say we were stuck paying way too much for heat and eat bbq sandwiches. When we got there we were greeted by two young men doing something weird with a soda can and an older lady who looked like she was choking. I asked if she was ok because the place smelled like someone left the bbq in the microwave too long and she replied I'm fine, I just took my medicine! Could she not have went to the back to take her meds? I was very glad to see that they had outdoor seating because this place was so filthy (in addition to the burnt smell) I'll wouldn't have been able to bear sitting inside to eat. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and I wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase this Groupon. Further, I would recommend that Groupon disassociate itself from this business to maintain its integrity! We were extremely disappointed and felt that we were deceived and ripped off!
