The salon is small but very clean and cozy. I asked for a natural look, and it turned out perfect. The session was so peaceful, I fell asleep. It was a great experience from beginning to end!

A lot of hidden fees. Eye lashes fell off after two weeks

Hi Qiyao, We're sorry you feel this, but as mentioned lashes fall off different for each and every client so if it was within the first few days we'd be happy to have you come back for a touch-up but after two weeks is not so uncommon as that's why we do offer refills and many clients will come back for a 2 or 3 week refill, so hope that helps. As for the hidden fees, we don't think that's quite so fair to say as the only thing we had charged additionally for that day aside from tax was for a lash removal which is a service we don't do for free and ask all our clients to book an appt for, especially if they still have old lashes from another salon such as in this case, in addition we ask clients if they have old lashes to book a removal in consideration of our lash tech's schedule too so that they have enough time set aside to remove any old lashes, apply the new set and not have our following clients unfairly sitting and wait an extended amount of time when they arrived on time, which to be fair Qiyao you had also arrived almost 20-30mins late to for your appointment with us as well without even any sympathy to our waiting lash techs and clients when you finally arrived. So, while again we are sorry you feel this way, we hope this more clearly explains what transpired that day, but we do appreciate you visiting us anyhow Qiyao, and do believe that if perhaps the appt was booked with a lash removal next time and at a timeslot you do not have to rush to after work then some of the misunderstanding could have been avoided and the entire experience a much more positive, so we do hope in the future we can service you again and think it will be a much better one next time, but until then take care and be well Qiyao.
