I was very impressed with the driver, David, who provided excellent service to and from the destination. He was truly wonderful. However, I did find the booking system to be quite challenging and not a good experience overall. They were able to resolve my inquiries however there was too many back and forth emails just to secure my booking.

They dropped us off at a different address than listed on our ticket and online.

I was disappointed in my recent OurBus trips. My bus from DC to NYC was old and had no legroom. When the person in front of me reclined her chair, it dug into my knees the entire trip. The bus ride back from NYC to DC was better, but no water was given to passengers. I purposely had not bought any thinking I would get some on the bus. I would not use OurBus again.

Customer service was horrendous. It took a total of thirteen emails to get my ticket, about three quarters mine. They simply don’t respond, don’t pick up phone, etc. However the ride itself was pretty good. Comfortable bus, polite drivers, decent WiFi and free water. Teri S
