Highly disappointing experience with Perfect Brows. Unadvertised fee added to Groupon purchase. Second session denied due to undisclosed scheduling policy. Poor communication, language barrier with technician. Manager openly admitted Groupon deals are low priority. Lack of customer satisfaction. Not recommended.

there were extra charges because i used a groupon and the butt strip wasn’t included. Also some hairs are still left, but lady was nice.

The butt is NOT included in this Brazilian (it's a $5 extra). My session was PAINFUL. When I asked if they changed their wax bc I've been there before, and it was fine. They said bc I chose the cheaper wax (honey) which is sticky and more suited for the legs? The chocolate one ($5 extra) apparently is better for Brazilian. Also they don't shave if your hair is too long!
