Offering Pilates Machine classes every hour on the hour from 6:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days per week. Classes are a unique mix of 1/2 reformer and 1/2 cadillac.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We believe that having a higher level of mental connectedness, to our physical movements, raises our appreciation & awareness of living on a deeper level.
