Location hours are not reliable. No way to contact business. There is only one location in downtown Manhattan despite listing with multiple locations. My phone was damaged and he did not do anything to compensate or fix. My screen was repaired but in the process my front facing camera was broken.

Rude repairman , seemed annoyed when I showed him the offer and said it did not cover the full repair, ended up spending an additional $30 to get it fixed since I was already there. Used a cheap replacement screen which cracked again less than a month later
