The people were lovely and thorough. But, the doctors need to listen a little better to the patient. I was there for a basic Invisalign consult. They launched immediately into sleep problems, the need for a facial CT, an elaborate expander, sleep studies. And, as soon as I thanked them but said that likely wouldn't be within my budget, they seriously disappeared. After 20 minutes, I had to put my coat on and stand for someone to come back, mumble an Invisalign estimate, and dismiss me saying someone would be in touch to confirm the number. It was over an hour in the office, and they were careful to repeat that "no other orthodontist would tell you this", which I assume translates to discouraging getting a second opinion.
Look I know everyone is here to make money. But stop trying to upsell the guac - I was there for a low level consult that I booked on Groupon! I'm probably not your big-ticket demographic.

The groupon does not include a cleaning ($195). The groupon is only for an “exam”. Complete bait and switch, terrible Groupon, would not buy again. Waste of 30 dollars
