I would love to rate our stay higher, except I cannot since Groupon never sent the hotel our reservation! We showed up and they had no record of our stay, apparently something that often happens with Groupon bookings... They didn't have any rooms at the hotel but put us up at their sister property next door, which was a disaster. Dirty, noisy, lower star grading (4 star, but whoever gave it 4 stars, must've been drunk as it was a 2 on on a good day), 1 elevator for 400 rooms, no temperature control in the room... it was so bad, we left 1 day early. Been trying to get help from Groupon for 5 days and nobody's getting back to me. Emails are not answered, I ask to speak to a supervisor via chat but they hang up on me. The worst experience ever. Will never use Groupon, ever again.

I didn’t have a problem with the Hotel just want to be clear. My problem was with Groupon. I booked the stay with them once I got to the Hotel they tell me that Groupon made my reservation for the following year. The hotel tells me this wasn’t the first time they make mistakes on the booking. So the Hotel was booked but they worked there Magic and got me the same room I booked.
