If you do not want to give good service to customers coming in to use Groupon coupons, you should not sign up with Groupon. My son used the coupon I purchased for him and said he would not go back again. He had a very bad, uneven haircut, sideburn on one side at earlobe level, the other at the top of his ear, he is not picky but that was blatant. He had the shave and when he got in the car he had blood on his face from about 3 knicks. Very negative experience.

When I arrived home and had a better chance to look at the result of my haircut I was extremely pleased. I was tempted to call back to the owner who was also the person who did the haircut to tell him how pleased I was. I didn't of course but happy to have this opportunity to comment.
