Michelle is fantastic! She is so personable. And honest. I asked if she thought a certain procedure would work on an issue and she was honest and said no. That is commendable in this day and age. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had one session with Michelle and scheduled my second visit for one month later. I arrived for my 2nd appointment but the door was locked as she was with another client. I waited and called, knocked, no answer. I ended up leaving after an hour and have not had a response from the 2 voicemails that I left. I paid for 2 groupon packages and well, I guess I've learned my lesson, I don't think I will get my services or my money back. :(

I had called 5 times and left a text. No reply to my calls and a reply to my text to tell me they could not take my call. I would like to get my money refunded since I have had little to no contact with them since the purchase. Hard to book anything when no one calls back.

Regardless your 1 star review is a little harsh at this time. We are considered a non essential (beauty) Buisness
I hope you understand the gravity of this pandemic also how it has effected all of us and terrible for small Buisness. I hope this review makes you feel better. This was not necessary. Again you can always book with us and hope we can open for Buisness again sooner than later. No one more than us small Buisness owners want to open our doors and care for our clients with all our heart again.
We are scheduling clients starting May 15th (but if we are told by the government we are not ready to allow Businesses to open Due to Covid 19 (pandemic) then we have no choice and pray everyone fallows the recommendations so we can flatten the curve of the pandemic and Businesses can open our doors again. I think the one star review must be for Groupon especially as we have never met you. FYI our customers are able to also book appointments on line. Thanks you Neil. All the best. Stay safe.
