Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every WorXout is different but the messages are consistent: 1. DO YOU, which means worX at your level and speed. 2. Push hard, rest hard. 3. Celebrate every win. 4. Together, we make things happen!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My over commitment to my job led to depression, anxiety, and stress. Luckily, I found a team of workout friends who reminded me of my worth and potential. This is the kind of culture I want for my clients.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most are seeing connections being made, results happening, and people's lives improving. It's a journey and we all learn and inspire each other to do better every step of the way.
