Tried 3 times to get appt. Told to come in and then told they’re busy. Groupon for hot stone and did not receive. Several interruptions. Not relaxing. Not very professional. Pass on this one.

Nice massage but started late and spent about 5 minutes getting supplies and didn’t add it to the massage.

I had phoned ahead to schedule and time and day, but when I arrived, they didn't seem to know about my appointment. The staff talked among themselves in their native language for a few minutes, and it felt very awkward. The hot stone massage I had purchased was really only a foot massage, although they did use some hot stones eventually on my feet. It wasn't a full massage experience as I had anticipated, and the entire situation frankly felt awkward.

My appt was Sunday and they redeemed my groupon Saturday morning so I didn’t get my massage. Won’t ever get a groupon from them again very disappointed!!!!!!
