The staff were wonderful! Very attentive and really nice girls. However, BUYER BEWARE!!!! There are ridiculously high HIDDEN fees with this Groupon when you receive your final bill. Will NOT be going back here even just to bowl. Do yourself a favor and find a better party plan for your child's birthday. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Be prepared to pay additional taxes on parties. You are not entitled to party room and they were NOT very friendly using the groupon. Party host was difficult to find. Disappointed.

Great place to have a birthday party. We just had my sons 5th Birthday there and it was awesome.

We had nothing but problems after the party date. My Groupon was redeemed by them,yet the bowling alley took it upon themselves to double charge my debit card. Which was an additional $350!! We were back and forth with them for weeks demanding an explanation and my money back. The person in charge actually said that she thought she told me I should pay for the party through them, not Groupon. She said she'd give me the same price. I said why would I do that when I have already purchased the Groupon. This was the most unorganized , unprofessional establishment, which I will never patron again. I am happy with the Groupon, just not this bowling alley.
