About Sterling Golf Management

Since 1993, Norwood Country Club owns, leases, operates and provides consulting & management services to golf courses in the New England area. For over 26 years, we have provided private country club-like golf course conditions at public course pricing to the residents of New England and the vacationing golfers from around the world.

  • 18 Hole Courses Include: Newton Commonwealth, Norwood Country Club, Rockland Golf Course, and Crystal Lake Golf Course
  • 9 Hole Courses Include: Unicorn Golf Course, Chelmsford Country Club, Maynard Golf Course & Stoneham Oaks Golf Course, as well as providing the maintenance operation for the Fore Kicks Golf Club in Norfolk, MA.

Every facility under our management is closely supervised to ensure complete customer satisfaction, whether it’s in the Pro Shop, on the golf course or in the function hall. Each of our on-site managers has been highly trained, and our course superintendents have the proper education from accredited institutions to assist them in maintaining the grounds up to our very high standards.

My son and my son-in-law, went out to Chelmsford CC on an early Wednesday morning. The nine hole course is in good shape for the most part. I would certainly like to see more identifiable signage as it is pretty difficult to navigate through many of the largely unmarked holes. Good experience overall ... especially considering the value of the Groupon.
