With a combination of intense resistance training and martial arts, Savage Camp's trainers transform bodies. He encourages his trainees to approach their own fitness with a similar mindset, striving to do their very best and they work the heavy bags, strive to master one-armed pushups, or do aerial crunches with their legs wrapped around a bag for support.
