The experience was great, my kids had fun and didn't have anything bad to say about it. However, when reviewing the website and the video about what all the features were at the McKinney location, I was a little disappointed by some false advertising. The video of the urban air in McKinney shows an indoor dual level go kart track, and that was a reason for choosing that location for the urban air.

Extremely crowded due to the amount of birthday parties going on at the same time but the kids had fun.
