About Ogis European Bakery and Deli

After running their own slaughterhouse in their native Bulgaria, Ogi and Dora Stoyanov brought their experience (and their homemade sausage recipe) to the States. Now, they aim to provide Texans an authentic European bakery experience at Ogi's, where they prepare preservative-free baked goods, smoked pork sandwiches, and their signature sausage rolls for hungry guests.
