There were several hidden fees. Shop fees,etc. Called him and he was very arrogant. He charged me for six quarts of oil. It only holds five. Made me pay the extra even though the book says 5. Ended up being $34 about what a normal oil change would be. It was a rip off. Told him I would never be back. Bad experience. But my first bad one with Groupons.

Where do I begin!!? The mechanic that I not only saw but heard was disgruntle. I know we all have bad days but it must remain professional. There were things said that shouldn't have been out loud. My coupon was for oil change and tire rotation. The young lady at the desk said that my fluids would be topped off. I wound up paying $13 for a 6th quart of oil and that's never happened anywhere ever!! The mechanic came out and said, "that junts,(referring to my tires) need two front tires. I carry on with my day. I got across town and noticed that my tired hadn't been rotated and my fluids hadn't been topped off. I called back and was told that there was a miscommunication between mechanics. And

I was very impressed with DUO auto! Great, friendly staff and speedy service. I will definitely visit in the future

quick, good customer service, very helpful.....the manager/owner helped me to figure out some other problem in my car with no charge.....I would consider this shop for any future visit.
