I bought 2 of these. First one I used at a friends home & the guy did an amazing job. He was kind & the windows looked better than I thought they could. Because of that experience I had them come to my home. The same guy came but he was so different. My windows didn’t get cleaned even though I paid their extra costs. He was rude & didn’t want to be there.
