Great experience, I called to double check they excepted the coupon and had the tire I picked out on line. They did. I asked could I come in today? The service associate that I spoke with said sure, I'll put your quote in the computer. When I arrived another young man signed me in. He found my order in the computer. He asked for my keys, and told me to have a seat. I was offered a cold drink.there were two people ahead of me. A little over an hour later, I was back in my car on my way. Everyone was kind.

Do not over torque lugnuts

I will never recommend Big O tire. I bought the groupon for $5 dollars for an alignment that had to redeem by 5:00pm that day. When I arrived, the Mechanic working the front desk told me that I would have to come back on Monday. I told him that I would lose my deal if I did that. He told me that I would get the deal at $27.50 which was still a discount since the regular price for an alignment was $87 dollars. I told the Mechanic that this was unacceptable. The Mechanic was very rude and condescending. I ask the Mechanic to talk to the GM (Charlie), which came to the front counter 15 minutes later, and redeemed my groupon and told me that he would honor my groupon on Monday. I set up an appointment for Monday at 4:30pm. When I arrived on Monday for my 4:30 appointment I was told that they could not honor it because they were over booked again. I asked for another date that I could come out the Mechanic said this Wednesday at 4:30pm. On Wednesday I called at 3:00pm to verify that they were goi9ng to honor my visit at 4:30pm. The mechanic answered the phone and I stated my case and once again I was told that they were over booked. I told him when is a good time to reschedule a time that would be convenient for them to get the work that I paid for. The Mechanic told me Friday at 4:30pm.   I drove out there again from Chandler, AZ which is about 25 miles from my place of work only to be told again when I got there that I could not be helped. I’m very frustrated for I still haven’t been given a the product that I paid for. Please help.
