The Big O Tire location at 2248 W Bell Rd & 19th Avenue has the best customer support and attitude I have ever witnessed in a garage-type business. The Big O Tires on Bell and 53rd Avenue encouraged me to fix a couple expensive things of my car. C. Sage

As expected, Big O recommended additional services to perform but their prices for performing the other needed services were very reasonable.

Great staff at the E Thunderbird location. Friendly, informative, precise. Not looking to jack up prices or services..just telling you like it is..unlike KPHO in PHX..lol

Used them for other work after the oil change. They were dishonest to the point where it could have hurt someone. All of the work they did made both of my vehicles they worked on fail.
