Nikkii Banks Lashes and More is a Eye Lash extension salon dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality products, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Understanding that customers seeking eyelash extensions are seeking an esthetician that is fast, effective, and does high quality work, yet they want it for an affordable price. Thus the birth of Nikkii Banks Lashes & More.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the independence and the ability to help women feel beautiful. I also enjoy the fact that I can offer appointments during times that are convenient. I love the fact I can be there when my customers need me most, for those emergency appointments for a special occasion.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I was an esthetician at another Phoenix Salon and my clients constantly encouraged me to independently open my own salon. It was through their encouraging words that helped motivate me to open Nikkii Banks Lashes and More.. Nikkii Banks exist due to the positive feedback from my clients!!

Extensions began to fall out almost immediately and I received no response from the lash artist after sending pictures of this. Initially they looked good, so for this I give 2 stars.

You get what you pay for, mesa location is a barber shop where you get your eyelashes done in the front of the shop in an old recliner. Nikki was friendly but I didn’t feel comfortable which her supplies being in grocery bags and also being in the front in an open area where nothing but men come in. Sorry but I won’t be back. Only gave her 3 stars because she had great rapport

I think she has a great personality but needs a little more training. The next morning my lashes started falling out on the ends. I called but we couldn’t coordinate our times so I asked for a refund of half the price I paid.
