Understanding that customers seeking eyelash extensions are seeking an esthetician that is fast, effective, and does high quality work, yet they want it for an affordable price. Thus the birth of Nikkii Banks Lashes & More.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the independence and the ability to help women feel beautiful. I also enjoy the fact that I can offer appointments during times that are convenient. I love the fact I can be there when my customers need me most, for those emergency appointments for a special occasion.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I was an esthetician at another Phoenix Salon and my clients constantly encouraged me to independently open my own salon. It was through their encouraging words that helped motivate me to open Nikkii Banks Lashes and More.. Nikkii Banks exist due to the positive feedback from my clients!!
