What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Bounce Back Fitness was designed by a personal trainer with his bachelor's in physical therapy. That way you can work hard, yet safely and efficiently, around your injuries or physical challenges. All of our trainers are very knowledgeable, caring, and professional.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The routines are always progressing and changing. That way, you see (and feel) results. And you don't get bored.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in the confines of big-box gyms doesn't allow your talent to stand out. I wanted to be part of the community and build a culture for my clients. To create the identity of a place that wants the best for all people who walk into these doors. And to improve the lives of those in our area.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people suffer! Just kidding. Building people up mentally and physically. Improving their self-confidence and quality of life. Empowering other people is fuel for the soul.
