My boyfriend and I keep talking about how wonderful our massages were! Although we arrived a bit late we were still serviced which I appreciated. Our masseuses were respectful and professional. They were also quite skilled. Both of them did an amazing job. It was one of the best sessions I’ve ever had no exaggeration. At the end, we were given a treat of our choice. Looking forward to coming back!

Had such a great time at the Carillon Hotel's Spa! The place is super relaxing, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. My massage was incredible — I left feeling so refreshed and stress free, Definitely coming back soon!

Visited on a Friday early afternoon. Valet and check in was easy. I would recommend you allow sufficient time to get to Miami if coming from other areas in town. Th facility was clean, the assistants were attentive. The massages rec’d by my group were great. The only area the facility could improve upon is having a designated quiet space with the heated loungers.
