Unfortunately after 3 hours of riding the scooter it broke, we also realized that the left headlight wasn't working. I called a week prior to make reservations for a weekend, the say with the Groupon no weekend reservation were allowed.

It was an old beat up scooter which made for an uncomfortable ride.

They only honor the Groupon rentals when they feel like it. They give you only the cheapest and oldest scooter options available when you have a Groupon. Also they won't let you put your Groupon value toward a newer scooter rental.

They do require a $200 dollar deposit which is understandable. If your placing it on a card they will hold the funds for two or three days. Just bring cash for the deposit. Other than that the staff is great and friendly.
