The experience was horrible we purchased our groupon for my wife's birthday & was told we was not allowed to use it so it then expired. We traveled from orlando and returned to use the same groupon and was given a difficult time. Not to mention i was hung up on 3 times while trying to make a reservation. The food quality was also horrible but our waiter Jan did an amazing job.

Service very slow. Tourist trap. Very expensive. Beware... prices in menu do not reflect actual prices. Front page of menu states all items are $2 more. Most people will not notice that! Tip is also automatically included along with a 2% resort charge in addition to regular sales tax.

Nice touristy place with decent food. Be prepared to pay 20% service charge and $2 premium on each menu item.
