Great gym, fantastic atmosphere, everyone is putting in work

Great spot with free parking. More of a weight training gym with all the equipment and weights you need! very limited in the cardio machines. So if your primary aim is to hit the weights, this is perfect (I found it great and judging by the size of some of the other members... seems to do the trick for them too!). If you want to run on a treadmill or indoor cycle, not the spot.
